Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 7, 2026

This document is in effect and describes our current practices. It will evolve as Stablance grows — we'll notify you by email of any significant changes.

1. What data we collect

We collect your email address and password (encrypted) at signup, the public wallet addresses you connect, the on-chain transactions associated with those addresses, the information you add yourself (clients, invoices, freelancer profile), and billing data managed by our payment processor, Stripe.

2. What we never ask for

Stablance never asks for your private key, your recovery (seed) phrase, or any access that would allow moving your funds. We only read the public addresses you provide us. Stablance never has custody of your assets.

3. How we use your data

Your data is used only to run the service: classifying your transactions, generating your invoices, producing your reports, and managing your subscription. We do not sell your data and do not share it for advertising purposes.

4. Subprocessors

We use Supabase for authentication and data storage, Stripe for billing, and read-only blockchain data providers to retrieve your public transaction history. Each of these providers processes data according to its own security policies.

5. Retention and deletion

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You can request full deletion of your account and data at any time by writing to info@stablance.app. We process deletion requests within 30 days.

6. Exporting your data

You can export your reports and invoices at any time from the app (PDF, CSV). For a full account export, write to the address above.

7. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (including GDPR in Europe and PIPEDA in Canada), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.

8. Contact us
